Our furnace was having a hard time staying on. We called Pluger Mechanical at 7:00 P.M. and by 8:15 P.M. Aaron was done with our small issue. The price was reasonable and the expertise Aaron brought was fantastic. He took time to explain what was happening and answered any questions I had. We will definitely go back to them for any future needs!
I highly recommend this company.i called them because my daughter's furnace wasn't working and it was cold.and the guys came right over and checked the furnace and it luckily just needed a button pushed.so they pushed the button and I asked them how much it would b and they said no charge because they didn't really do anything..well they actually did because they made sure the furnace worked to keep the house warm...so thank u guys very much...
Aaron was very efficient and professional. With no luck from our home warranty company to get a service professional out, we called him Friday afternoon and he had our hot water heater diagnosed and replaced within 2 hours. Very good. Thank you Aaron!
