Servepro of Marine City responded to our call immediately. They were professional, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done to resolve our problem. It was so nice to deal with just one company rather than having to call out multiple contractors. I highly recommend them!!
Thank you Rob and Serve Pro team of Marine City! My basement suffered a deep flood and right away they responded. I even had a second emergency after hours and the owner took care of it. I can't thank you enough! Everything was dried out quickly and top notch professionalism! Great job!
I woke up to water in my basement & they were there in 30 minutes!! After calling my insurance and finding out it was an add-on to my policy & wasn’t covered I was beyond stressed! Derrek and his crew came out & walked me through everything, set up their equipment and were incredibly reasonable!They came back every single day to assess and recheck the fans/equipment. They made a really bad situation so so so much better! I couldn’t thank them enough. I never write reviews, but they definitely earned it.Thank you again guys! Do not bother calling anyone else these guys are the best. ❤️
