Rise was a lifesaver for me! I contacted Joe for personal training and he responded and got me set up right away, he's seemingly always available to help and provide you with insight, tips, and proper form. I highly reccomend rise both for facilities and staff!

BEST GYM YOU WILL EVER GO TO! Clean, fair price, grind time environment, and knowledgeable owner if any questions about training. Equipment is also very nice, and maintenance’s are done when needed. Go give Joe some love and sign up for a membership. Your journey starts now, there is no tomorrow…

RISE is the best gym around. If you’re a fitness pro or just a beginner, Joe goes out of his way to make sure you have a workout that suits you. The classes at RISE are my favorite classes I’ve been to, there is always a mix of ages, fitness levels and everything is explained to be advanced or modified. There is no locking you into a membership and sneaky fees, Joe truly cares about everyone and puts emphasis on health first. I recommend to all ❤️
