RISE is the best gym around. If you’re a fitness pro or just a beginner, Joe goes out of his way to make sure you have a workout that suits you. The classes at RISE are my favorite classes I’ve been to, there is always a mix of ages, fitness levels and everything is explained to be advanced or modified. There is no locking you into a membership and sneaky fees, Joe truly cares about everyone and puts emphasis on health first. I recommend to all ❤️

RISE is an amazing gym no matter if your novice or pro. Joe goes out of his way to make sure everyone is taken care of and has a plan that suits them. There is no sneaky fees or locking you into a membership, at RISE it's all about health and wellness. The classes are awesome, they teach everything to be advanced or modified and there is always a mix of ages, and fitness levels that attend, it's always a good time! I highly recommend RISE to everyone.
