They were able to get my dog in the same day, even as a brand-new patient. They diagnosed the issue (Lyme) after immediate tests and set up a treatment plan, all within a few hours. Everyone was genuinely concerned for my dog's well-being, I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Betts and the whole staff.

In preparation for living a year abroad we needed health checkups, a chip with EU recognition and an international health certificate for our cat, Bill, who would be accompanying us. Dr Betts was knowledgeable on the procedure for satisfying international travel with pets and was very patient with our questions. She took the time to research updates on travel requirements, following up every step of way to keep us informed; she personally texted me as the process of certification moved through the USDA system.She and her team were thorough in their examinations of Bill, providing dietary recommendations, general education and advice for his ongoing health care abroad....read full review

I would never trust any one else with my animals care. Dr. Betts and her staff treat my animals with dignity and respect. They have been with me in good times and bad and gave me a sense of peace and comfort in both.
