The staff at Northwest Michigan Health Services are very kind and understanding. The receptionist is very pleasant and informative. The nurse practitioner is knowledge and understanding of my health concerns. The sliding fee scale helps out when my insurance doesn't cover certain procedures. Overall, a good clinic

They have been very helpful and always a pleasant experience ? LOVE the front desk receptionist and LOVE Mandy also LOVE Faith as my doctor. She's very attentive and very thorough.

I've been here for almost a year the staff is so wonderful I feel like I'm finally getting the type of care that I need.. Lyme disease has really tore up my body. My immune system took a hit so I get sick often and I feel like the staff and Faith Kelly pays attention to the things I need to live a healthy life.
