Julia is amazing and she truly cares for her clients. I've seen her a dozen times over the years and each time it has been a great massage. She does a hot towel on the back and a little scalp massage with the best scalp massage took I've ever experienced. You will love her!

Having danced intensively in a past life, I have experienced a wide variety of massage and body work modalities over the years, and I can say that Julia is truly excellent. She recently helped with some acute lower back pain. I walked into her office, hurting with every step, and left with far less pain. She offers a spectrum of different kinds of therapeutic styles--deep tissue, myofacial release, hot stones--tailored to whatever ailment you have. Massage can sometimes be a very vulnerable experience, especially if you're hurting, but she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. Her practice is located within the historic Briny Building in downtown Manistee. There is a dedicated parking lot with wheelchair accessibility. The massage room itself has high ceilings and is exceeding clean and inviting. Julia is such a valuable asset to the Manistee community. Thank you for helping me!

I am picky about my massages... usually I'm disappointed. I had a girl in Chicago at my gym that I adored... knew exactly what to do to make me feel good. Julia... you are wonderful. My sister bought me a massage (to help me heal mentally and emotionally from a recent trauma) here after her and her husband got a couples massage. I wouldn't change anything. My sister warned her in advance I liked a medium to firm massage and Julia did just that - perfect pressure.... PLUS hot stones. I had never had a hot stone full body massage before and it was absolutely delightful. Complete relaxation. The office is in a big office building, but the massage room is in a room with tall ceilings, exposed brick, chairs, candles, music, and aromatherapy heaven. I immediately felt at ease in that room. Today I received a hand written Thank You post card from Julia. What a wonderful gesture. I absolutely love the small town friendliness of the Manistee community. I will return and you should go if you ever find yourself in Manistee. :-)
