Shawn did an inspection for me on a home, and while this will be my 4th home purchase, it was my first experience working with him. It was by far the best inspection experience I’ve had. Not because everything was perfect — we actually found quite a few issues — but because of how thorough he was and how clearly he explained everything. We were present for the inspection, and he made sure we understood what we were seeing every step of the way. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Shawn at Hemlock Homes for several inspections in the Manistee area, and he’s consistently excellent. He’s thorough, catches things I’d never think to look for, and his reports are detailed, with clear photos and descriptions that are easy to follow.
