I honestly can't say enough good things about GY6. Brian and Nicole were amazing. I take care of my 77-year-old uncle and we recently had a power surge from the pole and which fried a bunch of appliances, the furnace being one of them. Brian and Nicole were on it. I had extra space heaters that night, and once the furnace arrived, Brian had it installed so fast. He's truly an expert at his craft. He even installed a new c-wire so my uncle (who's a blind veteran), can control the thermostat using Alexa. Professional, responsible, respectful, prompt, and an all-around pleasure to deal with during a difficult time. We had a wonderful experience! Our furnace and AC were replaced and they did such an amazing job. My favorite things: they were prompt, had effective and clear communication, respected our home and kept their workspace clean at the end of the day, and educated us on how to care and clean our new systems.
