We had roots clogging our main line. We called and left a message. John from Forbes returned the call. Being super busy on a Friday, he told us that he'd be here after hours. He finished the job way after dark but never took a break and never got frustrated or tired. What a great employee that would work like that on a Friday night!
Kevin Forbes and his team quickly resolved a sewer line issue at our home in the City of Manistee—an issue that others had failed to fix. Their deep knowledge of Manistee’s systems and strong connections with the DPW are unmatched. They solved in a single day what had taken others multiple visits over several days. Highly recommended—thank you, Forbes Sanitation!
Extremely professional. Terrific follow up from contact form on website. If it was not for the snow , I would not be able to tell were they worked. Took the time to carefully remove the grass in squares and replaced the dirt and sod carefully and there is no residual damage to yard. I am very impressed with the customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend these folks for your septic needs.
