Customer service is impossible to contact without order information.I received Auto Skates as a gift. Washers were missing and hex nuts were in place of cap nuts. I tried calling, filling out their form and emailed them. I wanted to ask if flat washers were necessary and if the hex nuts were a replacement for the cap nuts. They wouldn't talk to me without order information and never responded to written request for an answer.
