When Scott gave us an estimate, that was the first question he asked- what do you want to power in case of an outage? We said we didn’t want to worry about shutting off breakers , ect due to our age . We have had numerous outages and not one issue with the generators size he recommended. Absolutely excellent purchase. Well advised on size of generator needed, and it worked flawlessly during a major ice storm when it ran for 10 continuous days. Only service recommended for running so long was an oil change. That’s a very simple do it yourself task. I highly recommend the WiFi connection to monitor the generator. Well worth the small cost, and if you do need support from Generac, they are the greatest. Patient, well educated on the details, easy to understand. Best purchase for peace of mind!! After the recent power outage this last week our WiFi router had to be rebooted because the generator works best at 2.4. Simple process and we are back to a good signal. The techs at Generac support are the absolute best.“
