Contacted Tom about refinishing our homes floors and possibly fixing the squeaks and creaks that were becoming unbearable. Tom responded quickly and came out to look at the floors and knew just what had to be done. From that initial visit he was able to come up with a timeline and quote that worked perfectly with our needs. Tom and his team had to remove each board, number them and reseat them this time with glue and proper clear nails and lay them back in the same pattern. A time consuming process.
