I had a minor issue with my glasses going to a wrong address, but they made it right in a timely manner. Lakesha the Store Manager?/Franchisee? was on top of it and made everything right. She truly cared about my issue and saw to it that everything worked out. The other employee I worked with, Kemin, was great as well. I highly recommend this store for prescription glasses.

Brought in my elderly mom’s glasses for an adjustment after a fall. The optician quickly fixed them and even came to the car, where she was waiting, to make sure the glasses fit properly. So grateful for the caring service.

I brought my 2 year old son to pick his glasses and his he treatment we received by the attendant was superb. She was also very knowledgeable in glasses and my insurance.
Today I went to pick it up and the attendants (different from first time) were again very good.
