Would have been a 5 star except for not having an on site doctor for the appointment. The staff at this location are incredible, over the years they have become friends and do an outstanding job of meeting my needs and caring about me. The virtual doctor is a farce, there should be a real in person doctor not someone who says they are a physician and be present not on a tv screen!

I had an appointment this past weekend and was so impressed by the service I received. From the general manager Lakeisha, to Russell and Rae, I was treated like royalty. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this Vision Works

I discovered their location through my mom. The staff here consisting Ms. Lakeisha, Ms. Rae, Ms. Vee and Mr. Russell is always kind, friendly, and ready to help and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I had an issue with one of my frames and Ms. Lakeisha was able to get that fixed for me, Thank you again. I enjoy going there and plan to continue making my future purchases with them.
