Called and due to them being 2-3 weeks out I was able to go over my issue I was having on the phone and we were able to come to the conclusion the issue was on the power companies' side. And they were right, there was a fried connection at the overhead line. They were very knowledgeable and patient and I'll gladly use them next time I need someone.
