Our service tech Matte Higley is very through and very customer oriented. We would like him to be our assigned tech from here on. We have been with Terminex for over 20+ years. Very satisfied with our service especially with our old tech who we had for 17 years. In the past 18 months we have had at least 6 different techs. They have all done a great job however there is no continuity. We have to educate the techs about our nature yard and our visiting hummers, every time there is a new tech change, which has been several as I have commented on. Our tech that came to our house went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions and checked in with us multiple times to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend Terminix.

Our technician Charles has been out 3 times and has been great everytime. We had an ant issue and he fixed it within the first 2 visits and then has just done maintenance since. He is always very friendly and professional.
