I have been going to Amy for years and she has always done an amazing job. She gives off a very kind and motherly feeling and makes the whole experience very comfortable. She is also very honest with the expectations of what can be done. I always recommend her!
This was my first time coming to Silver Thimble. I was in search of a place that could repair my backpack. This is not a backpack you can get at any local store. It is really unique. I walked in and the owner looked at it and said she could fix it with no problem. Within two minutes she had repaired it and it has been holding up beautifully ever since. Any future repairs I will ever need, I will be going here.
Highly recommend! The women here are so friendly and do great work! I felt welcomed right away, they made necessary recommendations for what needed to be tailored, and worked as best they could to meet my timeframe needed for my article of clothing. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! FYI: they only take cash or check. A bit old school for our digital world but not a big deal for the value. Just be prepared and grab some cash first
