Romi scheduled a next day appt for me when everywhere else I called couldn't get me in for several days or even weeks (stupid COVID). It was a fairly simple trim with layers, but she was amazing! So quick and the result was exactly what I was looking for. And her prices were very fair (a bit low for her skill level, to be honest. I would have paid at least $15 more for the same services at other places). Very pleased customer. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful time at Traffic Jam! The updated location is very pretty and super big, enough room for a bunch of beautiful items to choose from. I came looking for my senior year prom dress, I had only 2 colors in mind and 1 style in mind. However, the sale associate who worked with me helped me find everything I came in looking for and encouraged me to try more, and thanks to her I ended up finding my dream dress! The dress did not fit me, but the employees went above and beyond by taking my measurements and helping me special order the dress a half hour after they were supposed to close! It made me feel very welcomed and happy that the workers were willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy. They also were so sweet and kind, complimenting every girl who tried on a dress! They also do this cool thing where if you purchase a dress from them, they will make sure nobody else from your school purchases the same one! Amazing! Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
