I picked up a special order of large cardboard pads from this location yesterday. I was concerned about how I was going to transport the sheets on the top of my vehicle. Paul was so patient. friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was tight and secure. And to my surprise he called me a few hours after I left to assure that I had made it home safely with my order. That's above and beyond customer service. And rare these days. So thanks again Paul for making my experience with grainger a good one.

I arrived Just after closing time and saw that the doors were locked and no employees visible through the glass windows. Our AC had gone out and I needed a part to get it going. I called the corporate office and they messaged one of the workers in the warehouse to bring the part out to my vehicle! I was very impressed by the customer service that was provided. Way to go Grainger, that is how you treat customers!
