What a great experience!
Never have I been in a Dr office where I felt like I was treated with velvet gloves. The minute I walked in the door and seeing all the people waiting I thought I was going to be there for a while.
However this was not the case because they were on it, I was greeted by front office personnel to fill out the initial paperwork and get insurance info. When we were done she directed me to the waiting area and literally before I could sit was called back.
The eye exam started kinda in the hallway on one machine, then was brought into an exam room for more testing on a different machine and dilation drops were put in my eyes.

The Simone Eye Center is outstanding. The culture of the employees is friendly and enthusiastic and the overall quality of service can't be beat. I give them the highest possible recommendation and the reason I do so is because of the quality of service.
I think the world of Dr. Varanelli! A few years back I suffered damage in the line of duty from fine pieces of shrapnel. My eyesight was compromised and I needed experienced individuals for my after surgery care. Naturally, I was extremely cautious in trusting my sight with, yet, another stranger. I was originally slated to see Dr. Simone. An emergency arouse and I had the option of rescheduling for a later date or seeing Dr. Varanelli at roughly the same time and date. Fate is a strange thing. Now, I won't see any other eye guy. The minute I met the doctor I became at ease. He has an incredible way about him. Very calming and polite. A funny man that's the utmost professional. I learned about different tests he performs. He has the ability to provide insight to my overall health by looking in the back of my eyes (I believe there's a small pun in that last sentence). The staff there is very accommodating and efficient. I worked with Emily today and it was good times. I can't tell you whether or not she is great at her job or using that high-tech Star Trek looking stuff the right way. But I passed all my tests with flying colours so I guess she's wonderful. Great news in that my eyes are almost exactly as screwed up as last year, no worse! Yay! I was also given a coffee mug full of candy on the way out. Thank you, Simone eye. C U next year! 2/20
