“I need to replace my deck and Sunspace by Spectrum did a fantastic job. Chris enlightened me to a variety of options, most which were unknown to me. Instead of just replacing everything wood, I went with an aluminum deck and a stamped concrete patio. Results were beyond expectations. I have received many compliments. Additionally, the crew was extremely professional and diligent.”
“My sales manager Mike Miner was very organized, extremely nice and overall knowledgeable on his presentation. Tom the installer was incredible, prompt, efficient, hardworking even in the sub zero temperatures. I was so happy with the two door walls and windows he installed, I called Mike to add two more windows to complete my home aesthetically. Will definitely recommend Performance remodeling to others. Looking forward to the completion of my other windows installation to complete my house.”
“We had a leak Between the mansard roof and existing slope roof. They were able to remove all the old rotten wood, install new wood with ice and water shield and a metal valley.
They did a great job.”
