Since last May 2025 the condition of your lots on Cecilia drive: lots 34, 33, 26 have been maintained in an unacceptable manner. As a builder this is your responsibility.
I am requesting immediate attention to the condition of the lots next to and adjacent to our property. As shown in the attached photographs, these lots contain significant standing water, overgrown vegetation, weeds, and debris and have remained in this condition for an extended period.

The standing water has created a swamp-like environment that is attracting mosquitoes and raises concerns regarding rodents and other pests. This presents both a public health concern and a quality-of-life issue...read full review

Came out to take a look at the Lombardo homes next door and decided to pop in as we’d never heard of this company and wanted to take a look at this model. Poked our head in and the woman sitting in the model was flippant and uncaring. Didn’t stand to welcome us, seemed uninterested in our presence and very dismissive. Didn’t tell us anything about the homes, the location or their offerings and I don’t recall her name if it was mentioned. Model home was average but the actions of the staff was unbecoming of a sales person representing a potential large purchase and left a sour taste in my mouth for MJC. Hopefully other sites are better.

Terrible first impression. My husband and I recently moved from Arizona and are looking to build a home in Michigan. We are cross shopping between Toll Brothers, Lombardo and Pulte Homes. We drove an hour and twenty minutes to see the area and different models offered by MJC. When we arrived at the sales office the representative didn’t come out from the office she spoke to us through the window, didn’t introduce herself or go over any of the different models. She just answered one question and it was in a yes/no format. Very unimpressed, as someone who has built two homes in the past I was expecting more as far as first impressions go and being the face of the company....read full review
