Max was super friendly and helpful from the moment I pulled up. He made the check-in process quick and easy, explained things well, and had a really positive attitude. Great customer service and definitely made the experience better :)

We stopped at the Plymouth Rd. location today, just because we were passing by. We got the Ceramic Platinum wash. Very nice, but they missed a spot on the rocker panel, behind the drivers side wheel, and the rear gate didn't get rinsed well (mini-van). Other than that, it's shining like a diamond. I imagine they have to get the wash dialed in. This is a brand new location. I'll go back again, another time.
