Update: Another wonderful visit with Danica, this time for myself vs a horrible poison ivy encounter. Received steroids and benadryl injections, and already feeling much much better, and less inflamed! The team, PSRs, CSRs, and providers always do a great job, and very friendly. The MA who administered my injections did amazing!
Everyone - staff and providers - was wonderful! They had a couple emergencies during our time there, so it was a bit of a wait, but they made sure they still took their time with my son, even at the end of the day. I took my elderly Aunt in for an injury she had on her leg. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurse and PA were so kind and gentle with her. They got us right in and treated her injury, explained to her how to care for it and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely go back there for another of my families urgent care needs.
Both times I have been there, the service was quick and top quality. The listen and then treat. Going to the ER is never a pleasant experience, but they got me in and out. Desk people are so nice! I highly recommend!
