This review is for the MRI facility only. BE WARNED: The MRI machine is OUTSIDE! You will be walked though a creepy corridor and then take a fork lift up to the trailer where the machine is kept. If the weather isn't absolutely perfect, you will likely be extra uncomfortable. An MRI is already uncomfortable but I was FREEZING on top of it. And I'd imagine its pretty miserable in the summer heat as well. I was told in the winter that they tell people to wear their coats. This is unacceptable and I'd avoid getting an MRI here at all costs. The tech was great, but I feel sorry for the techs in that dept.

Why has it taken 5 days (so far) to get simple x-ray results?? It's an x-ray... not rocket science. They won't answer the phone, my doctors office hasn't been sent anything, and I'm in limbo wondering if I need to schedule PT or if I'm risking surgery now with this injury not being cared for according to what an x-ray shows.

I never received my ultrasound results and they won’t answer or return any phone calls. They also forced me to reschedule an important appt. due to missing documentation they previously said was not needed.

Lab service : got there at 8 am and waited till 10:05 until they told me they didn't have my lab work order which they did. Thanks for the bad service in the past but will now be going elsewhere. - Domenico Grossi

Extremely unprofessional and a liability to deal with, I send my patients for imaging and never get the results even when it's stat unless I call and even when I call; No body answered the phone and it goes to voice mail. No one even call back! Unacceptable for a medical imaging facility to be ran that poorly.

September 30, 2023Review #445My review is solely for My health CT SINUS SCAN AND CT CHEST THORACIC SCAN appointments with The Imaging Department. I was referred by My current two ENT St. John doctors that I've also been a patient with for 20 years. They are both located in the Ascension St. John Medical Building next door.I've been fighting bad allergies all Summer long plus recovering from a past employer that contributed to My breathing at night with a cough while sleeping then after wake-up, a 2 hour morning cough Starting with two phone calls on different days due to the reason for them was easy and pleasant with the department of scheduling. First a Sinus Scan then a CT Chest Thoracic Scan was to be performed a week apart. I had my referrals from the two doctors which made it easy to call and give the scheduler employee the needed insurance code. I booked my appointments based on availability. I liked and used the check-in advance through my phone text message reminder plus it was also offered in email.No problems or issues filling out the health questions the day before testing.The check-in staff Rachel and Imaging techs, Sarah and Kathryn were kind, pleasant and explained the machines, process and timing. So my stressful mind and nervousness was at ease. I wore lounge clothes from home so no need for hospital scrubs or gowns. After the two different scans on two different days I was given a printed out disc of the images of my sinuses and thoracic chest ex-ray to show and follow up with My ENT doctors. I won't discuss the good and bad results here since I am reviewing this medical business and building for others. I now have a St. John Medical patient portal set up too.I felt comfortable and was not rushed for my needed tests here at this medical center. I have attached many photos also to show from outside to walking inside with helpful and useful medical information. There are three different Ascension St. John Imaging locations in Macomb County areas within a few miles radius. I was referred and now I'm pleased to have chosen this ASJ Medical location." This place it TERRIBLE!! Staff is very Rude! I was puking for 24 hrs without any sleep and after maybe 1 hour of sleep the staff woke me up and said I had to leave!! Never again!!

I went here almost a year ago for a shoulder injury. I was asked if it was a workman's comp issue to which I explicitly said no and for the past year they have been trying to bill my insurance for workman's comp, and then send me the bill that was coded wrong in turn. I have called about ten times and been told the issue would be resolved and yet here I am still fighting. Not to mention the dr tried to send me, a 22 year old, to a pediatrician. Do not recommend going here.

Went to the ER with severe chest pains and hot flashes. They had me wait for over 35 minutes when chest pains are considered life threatening. Absolutely disgusting how they had no regard for me. Will never go back. I went to urgent care next door and they took me instantly ahead of everyone and showed concern for my health. I'd also like to add that 2 weeks prior to my visit today, Barbara was in charge of taking my iv out. She pulled it fast out my arm and threw it upwards behind her into the trash. It was very unprofessional and definitely not the right way to remove and IV.
