Full disclosure, I have NOT actually used their services yet. I called to try to schedule, but we are outside their normal service area and they will not be in my area until a week from now, when we will be away. I knew we are outside their area ahead of time, but, after reading reviews on many other places, my gut told me AR USA was the best choice. They charge $125 for an out of area service call, BUT, that is a deal compared to the $200 Samsung wants for a service call.That said, Maddie (sp?), their scheduler was so professional, caring and accommodating that I knew I had made the right choice.
