I love this place. The owners are very personable and feel like a second family at this point. They're very encouraging and are willing to work with you, whatever the case may be. Not only do they invest their time and effort with those who go there, but they've also invested a lot in terms of updating equipment and remodeling the area. They are the only place that I know that offers so much at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
I have not been back here for 5 years, but this is still my favorite place to exercise. It looks like a house with tennis courts in front but inside it is a weight lifting, aerobic and dance studio. I love the motivational pictures on the wall like Arnold and George St Pierre. The staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable. Some machines are old school, but that is how Arnold did it :). I will be back.
