Contacted this wonderful florist the day before Mother’s Day as we had just learned our order with another florist was canceled. Spoke with Kevin who was just helping out that day. They were so gracious, allowed us to place an order for delivery. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The flowers arrived on Mother’s Day! They are so beautiful! 5 star staff and florist! Going forward, we will be using them exclusively for any flowers delivered to Ludington! Thank you so much to the entire staff!

The arrangements for my mother's birthday celebration were absolutely stunning and made the celebration feel truly special. Not only was the floral work stunning, but the customer service was exceptional and highly personal. I highly recommend them for their artistry and dedication to getting every detail right!

I was very happy with the professionalism and attention to detail. Someone from Bela Floral even called me because the tulips I ordered on short notice weren’t the quality they wanted. They offered a better, more beautiful alternative and delivered the arrangement the same day. I will definitely order from here again!
