I called in about a freak emergency that happened to both our labs. I thought just one would need to be seen because he had visible marks. I called back to make sure my other lab didn’t need to be seen. Dr.Bobbie said in these situations the one without any visible injuries is the one to be most concerned about, so she worked both of my dogs into her day. She did a very thorough exam, asked exactly what happened, lots of questions about their behavior since the emergency, treated them, prescribed necessary medication, and told me what to watch for over the next hours/day. We had such a great experience with Dr. Bobby! The level of compassion and knowledge is top notch, from the secretary, to the vet techs, to the doctors. They truly care for your furry family members! Highly recommend them!
GRVH was able to add me as a new patient and see my kitty same-day after he injured a few of his claws during our move to Lowell which I SO appreciated. On top of that, everyone was so kind! I worked with Cassandra, Savannah, and Dr Bobbie. They did so well with my boy who is not a fan of being restrained. Also a fan of how they have you wait in your car until they're ready for you, so the lobby isn't full of pets stressing each other out. I'm so glad to have already found a wonderful vet in the area!
