Haven't visited the clinic yet but based up the services that I received from the lady who took my call today she was awesome. Very helpful with trying to email me to get my dog an appointment. I hate that I didn't get her name! But whoever u are thank you. Due to this experience I'm even more interested in getting my dog in this clinic for her care. truly hope I can come back with this happiness when I update my review ?
It is soooo welcoming here. Everyone is kind and will treat your pet right. Plus you earn credits to use for future vet bills. Arrow is worth every penny and I drive over a half hour to get there because their service is better than what's closer to us .
