My wife and I worked with Todd to build a custom home over a year ago. My project was during a time where contractors were very busy, schedules were tight, and costs fluctuated in only a few day.During the planning phases we developed a schedule and timeline that seemed like it would work. Considering the market, we knew we had to factor in contingencies. Have done business with advanced homes multiple times. Todd is great to work with and has been very on top of the details that make a new home project come together nicely. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
