I called Jim for help with a computer issue and was abruptly told to find someone else — not for anything business related, but because we didn’t see eye to eye on a personal conversation. A full four weeks later, he sent me a certified letter saying he was canceling the antivirus protection I had paid for — effective immediately. He included a partial refund, but deducted the cost of the mailing he chose to send, which I considered petty and unethical.

WORSE, the antivirus software he installed could not be uninstalled without HIS remote authorization! I was completely LOCKED OUT of removing it, leaving my computer vulnerable until I spent hours...read full review
