They came out to my house and measured and told me the cost and said I needed half down and it was going to take a little longer because of the COVID but I’m ok with that, so far so good, late September now I still don’t have the Gates, I don’t believe it their fault because I called and asked when will they be installed and he told me, that they don’t have help and materials was coming in , today I talked to them and he said sometime this week

I just had iron wrap around my front porch and 2 handrails. I am very happy with the work. It looks great. It took a little longer for the install but they lost a couple of workers during the pandemic.

Within a week of installation, the "wrought iron" railings on my front steps began to rust - company spokesperson said it had never happened before, and they sent a guy out to paint the railings. He did an okay job, but spilled paint on the bricks - not pretty!! They sent the same guy back, who said he was applying paint thinner, which made no difference and the black paint is permanently there! I sent photos and expected some sort of response - nothing. Can't recomend them...
