My experience with those location has been nothing short of amazing. The front staff, assistants and doctors have all been so patient and kind. They have been willing to work with budget and do what they can to ensure I get the glasses I need. I have had not great experiences with eye doctors, and they have put my nerves at ease with every interaction. I was so happy the last time, I cried tears of joy after working with a doctor who made sure I could get contacts for my wedding day. Thanks so much SVS Livonia for your amazing service.

Lori was a spectacular representation of the company. I brought my mom in for some new glasses and we were blown away by Lori's immediate assistance and incredible level of customer service. Lori was patient with my mom, who is a stroke victim, and very encouraging. I was considering getting my glasses somewhere else, but I ended up ordering mine from this SVS because of the wonderful service. Keep doing what you're doing!

Everyone is so nice and very friendly. I’m so happy that my doctor informs me the condition of my eyes what to expect and how I can treat my eyes. From the moment I walk through the door they always welcome me like I’m part of their family
