Summit Commercial Roofing has completed repair work on roofs that had previous bad roofing repairs and water leaks. None of the roofs repaired by Summit have leaked since, and the business was very honest about needing actual new roofs. Summit stands behind their installations and has provided solid customer support, both during installation of a TPO warehouse roof and after the sale. When pinhole punctures were hidden, Summit responded quickly and took extensive effort to locate the problem. Summit replaced a roof at an auto repair facility with 15 bays, and the crew was great with moving equipment so day to day business was never disrupted; the whole job was finished in less than a week. Summit also replaced a Church's flat roof and was communicative throughout the process to make sure the job was done on the first warm day in February, doing a fantastic job from start to finish.
Had some very bad roofing repairs completed 2 years ago that seems to only make the water leaks worse. So far summit has done repair work on 2 of our roofs that we had to break warranty to get repaired. None of the roofs repaired by summit have leaked since, and they were very honest about us needing actual new roofs. Alex was great with communication and keeping appointments. That’s a rare thing these days and it’s very much appreciated
Summit stands behind their installations and have provided solid customer support. Not only during installation of my TPO warehouse roof in 2002, but after the sale as well. There were pinhole punctures that were hidden. Summit responded quickly to my call for help and took extensive effort to locate the problem. Quality work and reliable support. Very impressive.
Summit did a great job replacing our roof at Spartan Tire in Brighton. We have a 15 bay auto repair facility and Brian and his crew were great with moving their equipment around when we needed to pull vehicles in and out of our shop. Our day to day business was never disrupted, and the whole job was finished in less than a week. Thanks Brian.
