Spa Service was recommended by my local pool store for a leak in my hot tub. After leaving a message, they called back immediately and scheduled a visit soon after. Jon was the tech, he called when they said he would, he showed up on time. Polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and WAY more reasonably priced than the other companies I called. He fixed the leak, offered some spa advice, and cleaned up after. Highly recommend!

Shawn from Spa Service has been to my place twice to service my old Catalina spa. The second time was because, based on his first performance, I insisted that he return if at all possible for the next call. If you watch the man work, its immediately clear that he knows what he is doing. And even though that knowledge and skill is how he makes his living, he was very good about answering questions I had; and even providing tips that would ensure that I would need his services less! I found his honesty and helpfulness refreshing, and after three years since his last visit, I'm hoping I can reach him again to fix a difficult-to-service leak. I am new to hot tubs and needed mine serviced. Darren came to the house, after rearranging his schedule to do so, and got us started as hot tub owners. He showed me where to find the circuit breaker that had tripped, he showed me how to use the hot tub, he showed me how to read the chemical testing strips, he showed me how to add the chemicals. He gave me info in case the tub needs repairs. I am very grateful that he was so good. I hope to be a longtime customer.
