We had an appointment for Saturday 5/1/21 we arrived a little early, the stylist had other clients that were there waiting for her! One lady had been sitting for an hour. I waited patiently, in hopes she would call or just show up, she never did, other clients came in as well , they left disappointed and angry. There was a lady there with her daughter who was so excited for her first sew in , they waited along with me in hopes our Stylist would show we waited together a total of 2 hours and 6 minutes the girl was in tears , she asked her mom what are we going to do mom and the lady, and her daughter left. I will say the salon was dirty , food and beverage containers left all in the waiting area amd the floor was nasty and the nail tech that was there was mean as well, if you’re going to pay for a Aervice at least you can treat yourself incoming clients and guest that are waiting with kindness. This is the 3 rd time she has done this to me last year for my anniversary and now another anniversary without my hair done. This salon is so Unprofessional! This has encouraged me to learn how to do my own hair. I might be able to Slay it better!

The same person who does the lashes sells “Sweet treat jar” products IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ( LATE SHIPPING 5+ Days, Missing items, incorrect order, lack of communication (I waited for her at the shop for over an hour no answer). RIP OFF & I spent over $100 dollars. DO NOT BUY. Save the headache!!

The lash tech tasia that works there is very unprofessional. I had gotten a fill in on my lashes this passed Thursday 1/2/20 and i texted her Saturday 1/4/20 to do a touch up because one of my eye looked uneven. She said we could meet at 3:30 to do the touch up i drove up to the salon and waited an hour and she was a no show i even called her and texted her MULTIPLE times to let her know i was there at the shop. I asked the hairdresser if they heard from her and they didnt know where she was. I have been going to tasia for my lashes for the past few months but not anymore. She once glued my eyelids shut??♀️ But i was giving her the benefit of doubt because she is nice, but showed up to our appointments late multiple times so this is not the first incident. Please don't book with her unless you want tape all over your face when you get your lashes done.

My hair has grown so much and it's very healthy, now Ms Candi is styling my daughter hair and she loves it also. I'm in and out she never over book. Very happy and satisfied with the services I receive.

Booked my appointment online payed a deposit showed up on time to doors locked and place closed. Was told my appointment had been canceled but I never received any notice. They proceeded to tell me they sent a text message which I never received but when I booked prior appointments a text confirmation was never given. Now they are refusing to return my deposit which they took for a service I never received. Will never return!!!!

I made a appointment today and the person never showed up . I wish they would have adleast called and cancelled my appointment completely a waste of time .I would not recommend this salon to anyone.We must do better at professionalism then she sent me straight to voicemail thanks for no hair style and for wasting my time.
