David at RG & GR Harris Funeral Home in Livonia was kind, respectful, and professional. He accommodated all of our wishes when we met to plan mom’s funeral, including the day and times that worked best for us. The family lounge was large and comfortable. I also appreciated the staff adding some last minute pictures we brought on the day of the viewing to the dvd displayed on the monitors.
Our family experienced a horrific accidental death of my oldest daughter. Amanda was 45 and died in Iowa, where the state insisted on an autopsy.
Dave and his staff were amazing. They immediately contacted Iowa and the coroner’s office. Information was garnered and everything went as smoothly as possible.
Dave and his staff even worked with Workman’s Comp. This afforded us more peace in such a time of turmoil.

RG & GR Harris Funeral home did a great job with helping our family with the decisions needed for my dad’s funeral. They were attentive and supportive during the service and at the cemetery. Matt, Dave and the rest of the staff were great.
