I rarely leave reviews, but I was very impressed with my service from Prime Time Heating & Cooling. Kevin was super responsive, and Josh the technician who came to our house was on time, professional and really knowledgeable. He gave me lots of suggestions to improve our ac system without trying to sell me on expensive repairs or replacements. This was our first time using them, and I have no reason to call anyone else. Kevin and his team explained everything thoroughly while also offering the best cost estimate. They kept me informed of my options, providing the clear expectations I love and even threw in a new water pump when the one I'd provided suddenly bit it. Couldn't ask for better!
