We recently purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and they came out this morning to install it. However, upon looking for the pipe valve to turn the water off, it was discovered that the valve was frozen open and the valve just would not budge. Not wanting to apply additional pressure with hands or tools, they suggested calling a plumber. I thought, A PLUMBER?!?!? We didn't know who to call or even if someone could come out today (Friday the 13th) of all days. So, we called a few places and was unsure. Then we found "Mike's Plumbing" out of Livonia. Mike was polite and prompt. We had a unique issue in the shower he'd never seen before but he repaired it in a timely fashion and for a good price. He'd also done our water tank years ago. I would call him again if we ever had another issue, and I'd recommend him to friends and family.

Mike has always done great for me! He's fixed multiple leaks and backups me over the years. He always returns my call and has actually come right away. I'm satisfied and grateful for the service, thanks!
