My therapist was amazing. He listened to what my issues were and explained what he was going to do to help me. The place was peaceful, inviting and friendly. I will definitely be back.

My massage therapist was very good. She was strong and I was very impressed by the neck massage in particular.There were a couple awkward moments where I didn't know what to do because I'm new to the massage world. Five stars if they'd explained a little more. Still very good and plan to return.

My happy place! I’ve been going through rigorous medical training for the last 3 years and since i’ve been coming here- my overall physical and emotional health has gotten so much better.Adam (at the front desk) is the kindest soul. He makes everyone feel so welcome. He goes WAY beyond what is expected. When i was interested in the sauna membership, he took me there and actually went through all the settings and gimmicks that were available. I think the world would be a much better place if there were more people like him around.Brandon, the massage therapist, is amazing. So polite, respectful and always listens.
