Had a very good experience with consultant Mandy. She helped me pick out a product to reduce dark spots, and helped my find specific products I was looking for.Mandy was certainly knowledgeable on the various brand products. I will be looking for her whenever I go into this store.

I have been coming to the Ulta Beauty Salon in Northville since 2022, and have never been disappointed. My girl Mackenzie does my hair right every time, and I leave feeling like the best version of myself! Her knowledge and skills really show in how healthy and happy my hair is when I leave her chair. The salon and store is always full of the friendliest staff and makes me feel beautiful from the moment I walk in. My hair always feels healthy and happy even in between appointments because of the amazing products they use (I recommend always adding the Olaplex treatment!). I will never go anywhere else! Had a perfect eyebrow arch from Cayla back in October. Going to book another appointment with her. Hoping she will be in this week! Suggestion, maybe not have the chairs so close in the eyebrow waxing area, the women next to me was so rude! Some people can't be nice for 20 minutes! I could care less about her story!
