M C Pluming was the plumbing contractor when my house was built 2 years ago. I was pleased with their work. Now I get no answer when I call. A voicemail message and a contact message through their website have not received a response in days. I've been calling multiple times a day and never get an answer or call back.

Update: The one star review was posted on Saturday morning, I had been calling since Thursday morning because my sump pump with a 3 year warranty failed Wednesday night and I had a 1/2 inch of water throughout my basement.

M C Plumbing came on time, diagnosed the problem and resolved it in a good amount of time. The price was reasonable for the service. What I particularly liked was that they didn't try to convince us to have expensive, unnecessary services done. After using several plumbers in the area, M C Plumbing will be my go to plumber.Service: Drain cleaning
