I felt Kings Brothers communication throughout the repair was professional and timely. The final product looked like it did when I purchased it from the dealership.
We did have a couple mild issues in which Matthew addressed promptly and professionally. Even showed me what went wrong and how they fixed it.
It was a pleasure working through Cameron at the front desk. She makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. She was also a sweetheart with my son which made the experience more personal and memorable.

King Brothers went above and beyond customers service. Got into my first car accident back in March and King Brothers took really good care of me. Had a slight issue with some cosmetic work the first time round with the company, but King Brothers came through 100% no questions asked. Fixed the issue and had my car back to me in no time! They even helped with a car rental so I wouldn’t have to pay too much out of pocket due to not having rental insurance! Highly recommend this company! Thanks!
