They came out to service my mother’s appliances after my father passed, and the way Ray handled it stuck with me. He was compassionate, honest, and did everything he could to help given the situation. It was not just a service call. He actually cared, and that matters when you are dealing with family and a difficult moment.
I imagine they are one of those old school shops that has been around forever and does not screw people. That is rare, and it shows.
If you can request Ray, do it.

i had a service tech a few maonths ago from this company and never again they came out thru my DTE contract this young kid showed up i told him what was my washer doing he never turned on the unit never pushed any buttons and then told me that my washer needed replaceing that the transmission was not working and then left he said that he serviced 3 other people befor me and they all had the same problem. i called DTE back and told them i wanted another company to come out and service my machine and it was a clogged pump and my machine works great whoever this kid washe did not know what he was talking about

My LG Refrigerator craft ice maker stopped functioning, Kenwhirl was given the job to fix it as the unit is under warranty. Raymond was very professional, walked me through exactly what the issue was, ordered the parts and the follow up and communication from him and the entire team was outstanding and refreshing. Raymond also provided some advice regarding some other appliances questions I had. I will use this company going forward for any appliances repairs I need.
