K&B Energy is the best company I’ve worked with! Everyone is so kind and polite. I honestly will never use anyone different. They have replaced my A/C unit. My furnace then broke down weeks later during a super cold week and they were out the same day, had to order the part and had it fixed the next day. They are the best hands down!

Just recently had a Generac generator installed. From the initial sales contact to the finish installation, K & B did an excellent job of walking us through the process. The installation and set-up were thoroughly explained. All of the staff that we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a whole house generator that was over 20 years old that had to be replaced. I got a few different quotes and K&B was the only company that recognized we already had a high-pressure gas meter installed, and that there was nothing wrong with the existing transfer switch or cabling, which saved us a big chunk of money compared to how we'd been quoted by other salespeople. They also follow up with service reminders, which we also appreciate.
