“I have been looking for a natural hair stylist that cares about the health of my hair for a long time. When I made my appointment with Bea, I told her I would like color to cover my greys. She said, being a first timer, she would need to see my hair first to make sure it was healthy enough. I was very impressed by this because that was never said to me with previous stylists. Most stylists give you what you want if it's healthy for your hair or not.

I like that the appointments are private. The place has a cool laid back vibe to it with music playing and a flat screen. She was very thorough and took her time with me. She asked a lot of questions about my hair and scalp, products I use, and hair tools. At the end of my appointment, she asked if I had any more questions! She ended up referring me to a dermatologist for some hair thinning issues just to make sure there wasn't a medical reason for it. Again, first time a stylist ever recommended this to me. She is very easy to talk to and laid back. She gives a very relaxing shampoo and deep conditioner treatment. She even has a full product line at her shop, but she didn't push it at all. She said if I like the healthy products I'm using, keep using them.
I'm so glad that I found this gem of a place. I recommend Ann Bea's to anyone who wants a stylist who cares about your hair's health and styles beautifully.“
