so far they do what they say they are going to do. Seems to be helping. we’ve had problems with ants and mice, And termites. There’s a little glitch in communication because one person will come out, one personal dispatch, I think another person is in charge of the account. And then I am over at a place that has a couple of us dealing with them so it gets a little confusing sometimes.

Shayne is so nice!! She made the scheduling process a breeze and explained it so well to my wife and I. We’ve never used an exterminator before so we needed a lot of info. Thank you Shayne we look forward to our first appointment!
