OMGOSH! Just had a crazy fantastic haircut from Caitlin. She has only been there a few weeks but has lots of experience. I brought her a funky haircut and she did it. I will definitely be coming back here and asking for Caitlin. You won't be sorry!

I went to a Great Clips very close to my home and had the worst haircut ever. 1 and 1/4 Inch difference between each side on a short bob haircut. I met Korrie when she and I engaged in a conversation and she told me she worked at Great Clips. I showed her my hair and she politely invited me to the 5 mile location in Livonia to see her. I went out of my way to go to see her and couldn’t be happier! I was so impressed with Korrie’s knowledge and skill. She went above and beyond for me and I received one of the best haircuts! Thank you Korrie! ?

I was impressed to find that this Great clips location was not very busy on a Friday afternoon, when I walked in I was able to get an appointment right away. I have a fairly basic haircut request, and my stylist was able to do a great job! I like that great clips keeps my previous haircut request on file, so any stylist can look up my account and see what the last haircut was that I got. I shall return!
