My past three to fours visits at this location have been five star worthy, seamless, and enjoyable. This is all due to not only the high quality of haircut I received from Michelle, but also due to the great conversation and rapport she has continued to build with me.
To that point, if anyone is ever looking for a quality new look or a quick cut to get you back to looking great, then Michelle is your gal!
Fantastic service! Stylist understood my hair and made sure to communicate what she heard me say I wanted. She shared her knowledge about how certain products would affect my type of hair as she shampooed my hair. She also explained the kind of cut & the expected result to achieve the look I wanted. I will be back! I love the cut!
I've been going here for a while, but I'm not going back. Depending on who you get, it's very inconsistent. My last haircut was horrible and uneven, taking 5 minutes, which is crazy fast. The stylist started by saying she didn't understand the notes in the system, which no one has ever told me before. Not to mention, they're not my notes, they're theirs. It's too bad, because some of the stylists are great, but they've hired too many bad ones who just don't know what they're doing or don't seem to care. I'm usually a great tipper too, but I'll be taking my tips elsewhere.
